Description:
The HITS Program consists
of two hours of intense Power Volleyball drills, conducted by a
professional coach. An Individual Skills program, HITS is designed
to develop the Power Offense and strong, consistent defensive capabilities.
The HITS Program, a twelve-week course, will complement any team
training program, and will focus heavily upon the individual skills
of hitting, passing, and reading. The skills learned in HITS will
improve the player's indoor and outdoor games
